SHIPPING POLICY

DOMESTIC SHIPPING/
Please allow 1-2 weeks for your order to ship. Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail Shipping.  The processing time for priority shipping takes about 1-2 business days. Delivery time frames may vary depending on the USPS processing time. If you would like your shipping expedited please contact us before purchasing the item and we will update shipping costs. Tracking and insurance is included with priority mail. We are not responsible for lost packages, but we will do our best to help track down the package.
CANADA & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING/
Please allow 1-2 weeks for your order to ship. Please be aware that International shipping can take up to 4 weeks time to arrive. Average wait is 15-20 business days. International customers are responsible for all fees, taxes, and duties-custom charges associated with shipping to their respective countries. All international shipments are shipped via first class air mail without tracking and insurance.

 

PACKAGING & GIFTS

All orders are carefully packed in bubble wrap to protect pieces during shipping. All jewelry comes in a recycled kraft jewelry box with our logo on the lid of the box with a pretty ribbon tied around the box. If this is a gift, we will gladly include a gift note for the recipient, simply type out your gift note in the message box at checkout.

 

RETURN POLICY

YOUR HAPPINESS IS VERY IMPORTANT TO US /
If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, please notify us within 2 days of receiving your order to make an exchange. All solid gold jewelry orders are Final Sale, since these are made to order. We do not offer returns, but we are happy to offer exchanges on everything in the shop, excluding solid gold jewelry. You have 7 days to post the returns. In order to process your return, we must receive items in same condition as received and in the original packaging. Shipping fees are nonrefundable and return shipping fees are not covered by us. If a returned item gets lost in the mail, we are not be responsible for the value of the lost item. To avoid any loss, you can opt to insure the item when posting it back to us. Please email us at info@sarahhealydesign.com to see if your item is eligible for return. Please include a copy of your receipt with your package.

REPAIRS/
If something should happen to your jewelry due to wear and tear, we are more then happy to fix it for you. Please contact us to go over the details and the extent of your damages. Costs may vary depending on the amount of repair work required. You will need to cover shipping fee's both ways.

 

LOCAL TAXES

Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense.

 

ADDITIONAL FAQS

HANDMADE/
Each piece is meticulously made by hand in our studio.  All castings and plating are done in NYC to support local merchants. Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery, since each piece is made to order.

CUSTOM DESIGN/
Please contact us if you are interested in having a piece custom designed, we will require a 50% deposit for custom work, which is non-refundable. Custom wedding and bridal party orders are welcome. If you are interested in placing a bulk order for a large party of bridesmaids, please contact us to see about deeper discounts.

CARE/
To keep jewelry in good condition it should be stored out of the sunlight and kept in a soft pouch. To clean tarnished sterling silver or gold filled/rose gold filled, please use brilliant polishing cloth. Special precaution should be taken with oxidized jewelry since the finish can come off with anything abrasive.

PROFESSIONALLY-PLATED/
Our jewelry is plated by professionals with a long history of working with artisans. The gold plating is a very thick layer of gold and wears well. All of our jewelry is nickel and lead free.
