SHIPPING POLICY
DOMESTIC SHIPPING/
Please allow 3-6 weeks for your order to ship. Some items ship much faster, depending on if they are in stock. Please email us with any questions and for delivery times on certain items. Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail Shipping and UPS/FedEx. The normal processing time for priority shipping takes about 1-2 business days. Delivery time frames may vary depending on the mail provider’s processing time. If you would like your shipping expedited please contact us before purchasing the item and we will update shipping costs. Tracking and insurance is included with Priority Mail. We are not responsible for lost packages, but we will do our best to help track down the package.
CANADA & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING/ Please allow 3-5 weeks for your order to ship. Some items ship much faster, depending on if they are in stock. Please email us with any questions and for delivery times on certain items. Please be aware that International shipping can take up to 4 weeks time to arrive. Average wait is 15-20 business days. International customers are responsible for all fees, taxes, and duties-custom charges associated with shipping to their respective countries. All international shipments are shipped via first class air mail without tracking and insurance.
PACKAGING & GIFTS
All orders are carefully packed in bubble wrap or recycled tissue paper to protect pieces during shipping. All small jewelry comes in a jewelry box with our logo on the lid with a faux suede pouch inside the box that can be used to protect and store your jewelry in for home & travel. If you prefer to have a ring shipped in a ring box please let us know, otherwise it will be shipped inside the suede pouch / box. Larger pieces, like bracelets come inside a velvet box or faux leather box. If this is a gift, we will gladly include a gift note for the recipient, simply type out your gift note in the message box at checkout.
RETURN POLICY
YOUR HAPPINESS IS VERY IMPORTANT TO US /
We do not offer returns. We take meticulous care into making, packing and shipping your item. We make sure to take great quality pictures that really show the jewelry from every angle so you get an accurate view of what your ordering. Everything is handmade and made-to-order so we are not able to offer returns or exchanges.
LOCAL TAXES
Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense.

HANDMADE/
Each piece is meticulously made by hand by Sarah in the studio. All castings are done in NYC to support local merchants.
CUSTOM DESIGN/
Please contact us if you are interested in having a piece custom designed, we will require a 50% deposit for custom work, which is non-refundable. Custom wedding and bridal party orders are welcome. If you are interested in placing a bulk order for a large party of bridesmaids, please contact us to see about deeper discounts.
CARE/
To keep jewelry in good condition it should be stored out of the sunlight and kept in a soft pouch. To clean tarnished sterling silver or gold filled/rose gold filled, please use brilliant polishing cloth. Special precaution should be taken with oxidized jewelry since the finish can come off with anything abrasive. We highly recommend taking jewelry off when showering, swimming in salt water or chlorine and when washing hands or applying lotion.
PROFESSIONALLY-PLATED/
We use the highest industry standard of gold vermeil quality plating in house. Each piece is hand dipped in 2.5 microns of real18kt gold over sterling silver. We use an18kt genuine gold that has a beautiful rich lasting color.
